What to expect from your sessions.

In your sessions, Lena will work with you to identify the main areas of focus, guide you through any in-session techniques and provide you with take-home practices, based on your goals.

During Bio-Emotional Regulation™️ you will be guided into a deep state of relaxation, where your nervous system can safely process and release stored stress, stimulation and emotional responses.

Sessions can be conducted in-person at the Prahran clinic or via zoom and may involve meditation-like or yoga-like stretching practices, so being comfortable is important.
